CHALLENGE AND OPPORTUNITY
When our Executive Director first stepped into Shiraz, he immediately identified a gap: the identity we were presenting to the world did not reflect the spirit within our company. The creativity, the culture, the heartbeat of Shiraz was alive in our people and our work, but invisible on the outside. The opportunity was clear: to build a brand identity that wasn't just a facelift, but an authentic expression of who we are, one that could unify our voice across continents and honor our identity as a proud LGBTQ+ owned agency.
STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
Led by our Executive Director and Art Director, a system was developed that moved beyond a logo into a living, breathing design language. At the center is the prism, an emblem of Shiraz Creatives philosophy. A prism doesn’t generate light; it refracts it, uncovering new dimensions and revealing the unseen. This became the perfect metaphor for our work: shifting perspectives, opening possibilities, and reframing the familiar. The rebrand extended across every touchpoint, aligning our culture, our communications, and our creative output under a single, authentic story.


RESULTS AND
REACTIONS
The response has been both validating and deeply personal. MUSE recognized our Corporate Identity Redesign with a Silver Award, praising the way our visual system reflects and amplifies the heart of who we are. Inside Shiraz, the reaction was equally powerful: the rebrand felt like coming home. For our team, it wasn’t just a new look, it was an alignment. A design system that finally mirrored the creativity, inclusivity, and energy we live every day. The identity has become a source of pride, strengthening culture and uniting us across offices, while signaling to clients and collaborators the values we stand for. This recognition affirms that authentic storytelling and thoughtful design resonate not only with those who create them, but with the industry at large.
