We partnered with American Express and Resy to launch a unique 225-foot floating restaurant on the Hudson River in New York City. This wasn’t just another dining experience; it was a five-day event showcasing exceptional culinary talent.
To highlight the flavors of the season, we enlisted award-winning chefs, each creating a distinctive menu for their day on the barge. Guests enjoyed a rotating selection of innovative dishes, all while taking in views of the iconic skyline. Our team managed the logistics with both the city and the Coast Guard, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was a remarkable fusion of food and location, making for an unforgettable dining experience. This event served 2300 guests over the five days and was a top-ranking attraction on resy.com.
